Through about 30 years efforts, our company now gradually develop from Aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, copper alloy die-casting parts manufacture into a comprehensive enterprise integrated with die-casting parts manufacture and die-casting tool designing and making, CNC machining. Our mian product now are Robot parts. Our Robot customer are: NACHI, Mitsubishi, LG, STEP, Kassow etc. We are IATF16949 certified company. Our company have 8 sets die-casting machine, from200 tons to 1000 tons, We also have other making equipment such as: Single-head numerical control lathe, bull-head numerical control lathe. CNC machining center, Line cut machine, miller, polishing machine stamping machine, paint and print line etc. We also have CMM(ZEISS, HEXAGON), projector etc. Inspection equipment. Our company cover the total area more than 33300 square meters, factory premise 34500 square meter. By now we have nine series products: 1. Robots parts, 2. Household appliances series; 3. Q1:Are you manufacturer?
A:Yes we are.We Have our own factory located in Suzhou China and accept customization.
Q2:What's your lead time?
A:Mold manufacturing lead time:It depends on the product size and structure, usually the mould making lead time is 30 to 35days;
Die casting production lead time:according to the steps and complexity of product processing,and the the order quantities.usually 25-30days.
Q3:How to control the quality?
A:We have X-ray machine,2 sets of three-coordinate measuring machines,projector,Salt spray testing machine etc. In mass production stage,we have the professional QC and die casting engineers to control the product quality,test each hour.
Q4:What kind of Surface Treatment can your provide?
A:We can provide shot blasting,polishing,powder coating,anodizing,electroplating,Nickle plating,Zinc Plating,trivalent chromate passivation,etc.
Q5:If I send you the 3D file,why do you still need 2D drawing?
A:The 3D file is very useful,but there are some ohter requirement not indicated like the toler-ance and the sueface treatment apply in the part.This is why the 2D file is needed
